Requirements:-
REQUIREMENTS: Basic R425 qualification Diploma/Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification that allows
registration with SANC as a Professional Nurse General. Minimum of 9 years after registration as a Professional
Nurse, at least 4 years’ appropriate recognizable experience must be at Management Level. Demonstrate
advanced understanding and application of Nursing legislation and related legal and ethical nursing practices.
Knowledge of PFMA, HR Management. Knowledge of Public Sector Legislation and relevant Prescript/Regulation,
Batho Pele Principles and patient Right Charter. Strong leadership, good interpersonal relations, effective problem
solving, management and decision making skill. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential
requirements. Valid driver’s license.
