- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership/managerial capacity
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement activities in Eastern Cape (preferably in OR Tambo Health District)
- Strong knowledge of the South African National HIV and TB Management Guidelines
- Must be fluent in isiXhosa and English
- Valid code 8 driver’s license
- Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, REDCAP and Outlook Express
- Staff management experience
- Strong Research focus
- Excellent ability to build interpersonal relationships and partnerships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication skills (English written and verbal)
