Requirements:-
National Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 6) in Development Studies, Public Administration, Community Development & Social Sciences. One to Two (1-2) years relevant experience at a Supervisory level 7/ or Four (4) years experience at SL 6 in community/rural development, community planning & facilitation. Supervisory experience in Community Development or relevant field. Competencies: Communication skills, presentation skills, facilitation skills and excellent report writing.
