Requirements:-

A qualification at NQF level 6 in Human Resources Management / Public Management. At least 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources, of which 3 years must be at supervisory level. Ability to interact at strategic and operational level. Extensive knowledge of Human Resources Administration, Performance Management, Human Resources Development, Employee Relations, and Wellness. Good understanding of the Public Service Regulatory Framework. Experience in working on the PERSAL System. People management and empowerment skills. Good organizing & facilitation skills, verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the application of the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). A valid driver’s license
