Requirements:-
National Senior Certificate plus B Degree/ N Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in Public Policy /Social Science/ Environmental studies/ Development studies/ Public Administration or relevant qualification. 3-5years relevant experience at Assistant Director level. A driver’s license is a prerequisite. Knowledge: Knowledge and experience in policy development and coordination. Knowledge of government wide policy frameworks on social development. Project management and coordination skills are essential. Public Finance Management Act (PFMA). National Treasury Regulations. Public service regulations Act. Public Service Regulations. Communication skills (verbal and written). Client orientation and customer focus. Programme and project management. Strong analytical skills. Conflict management. Planning and organizing. Report Writing Skills. Problem solving. Be Computer literate.
