Requirements:-
National Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) in Human Resource Management/ Public Administration/Management or Human Resource related field. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience at an Assistant Director level / Junior Management level. Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). A valid driver’s license. Competencies: Knowledge of PERSAL System, Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations. Ability to interpret HR Policies and decisions. Planning on coordination skills. Good communication skills
