DPSA Internal Auditor Vacancies Requirements:-
National Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Auditing. Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in an auditing environment (Forensic Auditing, Internal Auditing and External Auditing). A valid driver’s license. Certification in Fraud Examination (CFE) will be an added advantage. Knowledge of Forensic investigation/ Auditing/ Accounting/. Knowledge of the Public Finance Management Act, Treasury Regulations and King Code on Corporate Governance. Knowledge of the Prevention and Combating of Corrupt Activities Act. Knowledge of the Protected Disclosures Amendment Act. Knowledge of the Prevention Organised Crimes Act. Knowledge of the Public Service Anti-Corruption Strategy and anti- corruption and fraud prevention measures. Analytical skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Willingness to travel as and when required. Skills in the application of audit methodology and execution of audit procedures in accordance with the approved audit programme/ investigation plan. Administrative and clerical procedures and systems. Knowledge of governmental financial systems. Knowledge of principles and practice of financial accounting. Willingness and ability to travel. Computer Literacy.
