Requirements:-
An LLB Degree or 4 years recognized legal qualification coupled with 1-2 years’ experience in the Legal Administration environment. Knowledge of the South African Legal System, Legal Practice and related spheres. Knowledge and understanding of the Constitution, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Act and Labour Relations Act. Understanding of court processes and related time frames. Law Interpretation and Legal research skills. Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines and work overtime. Ability to manage and analyze huge volumes of data. The ability to communicate effectively and in an understandable way without defeating the purpose of communication. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management. Creative thinking, innovation and interpersonal skills. Practical knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Financial Management processes. Excellent communication skills. A valid driver’s license.
