Requirements:-
National Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification of NQF Level 6/7 as recognized by SAQA in Work-study/Management Services/ Operations/Production Management/Industrial Psychology. 3 – 5 years’ functional experience at an Assistant Director level/ junior management. Computer literacy with an excellent understanding level in the field of Organisational Design. Computer literacy with an excellent understanding. of windows. Ms Vision, MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Valid Drivers Code 8. Post graduate Qualification in the field of Organisational Certificate in Job Evaluation. Development will be an added advantage.
