Working knowledge of Petroleum and Liquid Fuels Charter and a strategic understanding of the implementation potential and/ or constraints thereof Skills: Prior experience in the technical project management, procure and supplier development crucial. Analytical skills.Convey PPAA knowledge to clients and directing client on what supporting evidence is required. Organising, planning and interpersonal skills. Good Communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders in the public and private sectors, Thinking Demands: Evaluation and verification of license applications.
