Requirements:-
An appropriate NQF level 8 qualification in Agriculture as recognized by SAQA. Compulsory registration with SACNASP. At least 3 years’ experience in the field of Extension and Advisory Services. Knowledge of Agriculture Extension Methodology and Project Planning. Planning and organizing skills. Change management skills. Conflict management skills. Customer focus and responsiveness. Communication skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). A valid driver’s license. Candidates will be subjected to a competency assessment.
