Requirements:-
National Senior Certificate, A 3-year degree or National Diploma in Business Administration/Economics/Finance/Public Administration/Public Management/ Commerce or equivalent with 2-3 years’ experience in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation environment or financial environment. Skills & competencies required: Analytical thinking Problem solving skills Attention to detail Report writing skills Decision making skills Planning, leading, organising and monitoring skills and the ability to multitask Interpersonal skills Time management skills Computer skills required: MS Word – intermediate MS Excel – intermediate MS Power Point – intermediate MS Outlook – intermediate Minimum knowledge and experience: 2-3 years’ experience in strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation environment or financial environment. Knowledge and understanding of the Public Service Act and its Regulations, PFMA, Treasury Regulations and Enterprise Risk Management Policy (ERM). Knowledge of the Government Planning Processes & Reporting Cycle, monitoring, and evaluation. Guidelines and Frameworks on Strategic Planning and Management of Performance Information.
