Requirements:-

Solid understanding of labour laws and regulations particularly in managing CCMA cases. Ability to investigate critical and complex employee relations issues. Research, Report writing, Negotiation, Good Interpersonal relations, Communication, Facilitation, Computer literacy, Analysing, Conflict management, Presentation, Working in a team, Computer literacy.
