Requirements:-
REQUIREMENTS : National Senior Certificate plus B Degree/ N Diploma (NQF Level 6/7) in in Human Resource Management/Public Administration/ Public Management/Equivalent qualification. 3-5years relevant experience at supervisory level (Level 7/8). PERSAL knowledge will be an added advantage. A driver’s license is a prerequisite. Competencies: Knowledge of the Public Service Regulations and the ability to interpret and apply all applicable regulatory prescripts, Ability to formulate policies. Problem solving abilities. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), Project management skills, Interpersonal, liaison, co-ordination and organising skills, Leadership and conflict resolution abilities, Willingness to work beyond normal working hours. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc). Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc).
